    Verticle flue distance from a boundry

    I cant seem to find a dimension for vertical flues from a boundary I am quoting for a boiler change and the existing is about 300mm, is that allowed on a new install?

    Heat only with no pump over run?

    Any recommendations for a heat only that doesn't need to be wired to the pump? Budget job for a landlord and getting a new cable in will be a pain From a little bit of research it seems the new Baxi/Potterton don't need it but don't get to fit many heat only so any pointers would be helpful :cool:

    TMV under combi boiler

    I have seen this a few times on newly built houses Is there any advantage from it like better flow rates or just to limit the maximum temp?
