    Be careful of Vokera Compact instructions !!

    A customer tells me, an engineer had visited the boiler & followed the MI instructions. No heating was the problem, but dhw worked. Heating calling, boiler fires up for brief seconds, shuts down, no pump running. after voltage checks as per MI. Changes PCB. Still doesn't work !! He walked away...

    If it's heating up dhw, then burner goes off for a perioid, could be the plate heat exchanger, blocked on heating side. It gets too hot too quickly

    DIY Vokera repair?

    Have changed many dhw diapragms on the 20/80, not a diy'ers job. If the burner fires up & water gets hot then burner doesn't modulate but goes out for a while[ cold water] it ain't your diaphragm! You need to get an experienced GS repair engineer. It's a fan/flue related problem
