    baxi solo 2 50 pf problem

    i have a customer with a baxi solo 50 pf and the boiler cuts out randomly it was working all ok when i went there but there was a red light on the 'over heat' and red light on the 'boiler on' , has anyone heard of this problem ? any help would be much appreciated !

    gas meter flexible connections ?

    im doing a boiler installation at the moment and i noticed the gas meter inlet and oulet are lead pipes coming off the meter are these classed as flexible connections as obviously flexible connections arent allowed??

    Gas hob isolation valve behind a gas cooker

    what are the regulations ? obviously the hob has to have a rigid connection and a means of isolation but is ok for the gas cock to be hidden behind the electric oven or does it have to be accesible ? say in a cupboard next door etc . THE TITLE WAS MEANT TO SAY ELECTRIC COOKER SORRY!

    gas rating heat input

    doing my acs at the moment just a general question when you put a boiler on calibration mode for example the baxi duotec combi and you have worked out your gas rate and heat input calculations , what input do you refer to in the manual to compare it to ? i know its gross but is it the CH or DHW ?
