    water softener

    Hi All, Customer of mine has just asked me to install his new commercial glasswasher . The old one had a water softener which uses salt but he's fairly keen to replace this with a "saltless" model he's seen on the internet. This is an area I have little knowledge of. Are saltless ones any good...

    3 port valve ?

    Hi Guys, just got a call to look at a Remeha Avanta 18V tomorrow . Homeowners had no hot water or heating for couple days now, boiler is displaying an E4 fault code but the Danfoss HSA3 motor valve is "damp". Just looked up the MI and can't see how an E4 code would tally with a knackered 3 port...

    Hi all, This is my first post so hopefully i've put it in the right section. I'm currently working on my gas portfolio before sitting the ACS. Today I serviced ( under Supervision ) a vaillant ecotec plus 831 combi, working pressure at meter was 19.5mb but at boiler only 16mb. I queried this...
