    i may have totally over looked this with regards to meter governors...

    This question is purely hypothetical and i dont see it happening to soon, but anyway, Why do we put governors on meters? i was never told this.     A mate of mine in a pizza shop has one of these in the shop just for heating water and the pilot keeps goin out. It looks like its had its day and needs replacing to be fair.     I had an interesting conversation just with gassafe after seeing some dodgy work. Having nothing on this morning i dropped the mrs off in the town and said id wait for her.     What boiler courses do you recommend, i.e. WB etc. I see worcester do distance courses and sales and marketing courses anyone tried any of these do other manufacturors offer any good courses you know of prices etc? Cheers Ace

    Why do (i included) go to a merchant for a boiler. What would be the response from a manufacturer if you turned up on there door and asked to buy one? Ive never done this just wondering is there a minimum requirement? whats the deal here? Any thoughts or expieriences appreciated Cheers
