    Burner lock out on heating only?

    I know that this makes no sense, but I have a boiler burner that only locks out when the heating is on. I know that the burner only receives power to make it fire and has now idea whether it's from hot water or heating but that is what's happening. Any ideas?

    What size compressor?

    Anybody used a smaller than 24 Litre Compressor to blow out Oil Lines? Ive seen some 4.5 L to 12 L ones and was wondering if there would be enough sustained air to shift water and sludge.

    Radiator cover restriction of heat.

    How much extra output should I allow if radiator covers are fitted?

    Delayed pump overrun.

    Any ideas why there would be a delay in my pump overrun. the delay is about 5 seconds and causes residual heat in the boiler to boil the water which results in loud knocking.

    Pump over run delay.

    We've got an old Glow Worm 40 BR Mk 2 boiler, when both stats stop calling for heat the boiler & pump stop together then after a few seconds the pump goes into overrun mode, which is to late as the residual heat in exchanger has boiled the water and caused horrific banging.     I'm after a small van and have been looking at a few, one was a citreon berlingo. Would this size van be to small?
