    Sticking 3 way valve

    I've got an intermittently sticking 3 way valve that I'd like your opinions on. It's a Drayton MA1 valve on a y-plan open vented system. It has been working fine for the past few years, until recently when it sometimes sticks in the mid position. I have the hot water side set to come on...

    Hot water cylinder install advice

    I am just about to replace my ageing indirect open vent hot water cylinder. The flow for the indirect coil on the new tank is quite a bit higher than on the old tank. The current set up has the 3 way valve at exactly the same level as the flow on the old tank........if I install the new tank...
