    hello all had a call today haven,t been to job yet but anyway, shes said when she turns the hot water on the system boiler turns of she said the heatings ok and she said theirs a noise coming from where the cylinder is i think its the port valve packed up does anyone agree

    pipe drop

    hello all im installing a shower tray ive got 2 metres of 40mm pipe to take it to the outside soil pipe but ive only got roughly a 30mm drop i know it is suppose to be 18mm to 90mm per metre but ant of you guys think ill get away with this cheers

    Emersion heater

    had a call back last week on a new direct cylinder and emersion heater 27" 18" thermostat wasnt getting hot initially but did eventually it nows cuts out after about 2 minutes turned stat down to 60 degrees and still same problem ive got a new thermostat to fit but wondering if it could be...

    trying to remember replacing direct cylinder. cold feed in 28mm going to be very awkward thinking of reducing to 22mm; the vent and hot feed in 22mm .i can do that cant i as long as i dont go less than the hot and vent obviously.
