    stuck radiator bleed screw

    There is air at the top of our old radiator( probably fifty years old) in the first floor bedroom. Unfortunately the radiator bleed screw is stuck and does not respond to the small T type radiator key. If I use pliers on the radiator key to apply extra leverage to try loosen the bleed screw...

    Covec Brittony 2T proving only luke warm water at the highest setting

    I have an old Corvec Brittony 2T water heater and the problem is it only provides lukewarm water. The rubber gaskets were replaced about 18 months ago and I live in a hard water area. I suspect that the heater exchanger is getting furred up and needs replacing. Would be better to replace it...

    Shower isolating stopcock query

    I have a isolating stopcock in my bathroom but it switches off both the w.c inlet and the shower. As the shower plumbing is buried in the wall under the tiling, will my only option( for a sole shower isolating stopcock ) will be to install it in the loft? Would be glad of your advice.Thanks
