18 year old looking for training

Anyone in burnley or surrounding areas thinking of taking on an apprentice my lads 18 yr old and has finished his second year at college .College are now saying they are not allowed to teach them gas in the 3rd year it needs to be an apprenticship for the work experience.thanks in advance. Or if anyone can recommend anything else .

There is an housing association called together housing I read they had apprentice roles. You could try there.

Also might be an idea to get your lad on here rather than you doing it for him. Not criticising you as you’re clearly trying to help but usually goes down better without mum or dad doing the leg work.
