Hi, not sure if this is the right place and new to this forum but here we go:
I have a 1950's caravan with an old Princess Gas Oven. These ovens were also known as Robert Shaw, think the 2 companies combined at some point.
I am restoring it sympathetically and want to keep the oven.
It appears to be in good working order and the oven itself is spotless.
Are there any specialist companies/people out there who can check it out and replace and parts that may be worn or unsafe.

I have done internet searches and found no-one in the uk who offers this service.
Called a couple of local people (Norwich) and left messages but no call backs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are some about - A neighbour just sold a vintage gas range last week. I would have thought that most LPG guys who do appliances would be able to check for leaks etc. Else try searching for vintage cookers.

Really, please can I get in touch with you then? do you have email or phone number?
