Any Advice

Heating system y plan, 3 port valve. Hot water on heating off rads are getting warm. Also noted that when heating and hot water both off motor on valve is hot to touch. Assume motor on valve needs changing, want to be sure any advice most welcome.

Could be reverse circulation or let by from 3 port?

If it's only just started happening, probably valve fault.
