Here's an odd one. Got a phone call from missus that ho****er (sorry, can't resist it!) not working. Bit quiet this week so nipped home to gett apprentice to fault find it (only F22). Got him to run through all the aspects of an annual service for practice etc. Rounded the pressure test point off a couple of years ago so got him to gas rate it. Came up as 47kw so said "you've clearly cocked it up, redo your calcs". Checked again, reading 47kw! No other appliances on in house and no major leak! Before I delve any deeper wondered if anyone had had a simlar issue? Oh, and it was in normal mode not + & - together.

the heat input on hot water is 40.5 kw net, if you multiply by 1.1 to give gross input it gives 44.5 kw gross, so not that far out, assuming you have a u6 meter and havent already done the conversion to net.

Did you check BP by any chance?
47KW (assuming this is net.) is not too far off the mark. Slight BP adjustment should bring it more into line.

I assumed by the 837 labelling it was only 37kw.... Doh! As for the pressure adjustment, the burner test point is mullered and is not an external nipple type....... Should I NCS my own appliance? :)
