I am on Level 3, in terms of the size of things you need to learn its easier, Level 2 covered everything, 3 is just more in depth and a lot more harder to get your head around, lets you get stuck into something when 2 you was doing something and getting into it then had to do something else also its a lot more dangerous, so no mucking about.
yeh, but, no, buut,
where will level 3 get you in the real world whre l2 wont?
is it really worth doing if you just chuck in taps one day a combi the next?.
i understand if you want to sit in an office mapping out a school heating system, if that floats your boat.
allways understood l2 is tech plumbing up to level5
anyone who realy wants to call themselves a competant plumber will endever to continue with their training as long as they are in the trade.so i would advise you to get every qualification you can.
like i said before dave, my uncle is 76 still plumbing (here and there) no quals, its experience not paper.
how many plumbers on here over 50 years old dont have any nvq's and cant wait to sign up for college next year to prove themselves?.
