Well, the second picture I can't really fault. Assuming the pipes aren't going to be left capped like that, they will be supported on the room side of the wall, I suppose. Obviously if they are transitioning from speedshit in the wall, then I suppose there is no way of supporting the copper on the blind side of the wall (unless you pulled a bend and clipped the copper, and I think that would defeat the object of using speedshit in the first place).
The first picture, on the other hand, reminds me of some photos I received from a firm that was manufacturing machinary that the firm I worked for was trying to sell. We had requested photos that could be used for promotional purposes. One photo showed a machine in the process of construction on the factory floor. Pity the shot was wonky, and included a backdrop of scrap metal skip.
Acceptable? Well, it'll probably work and it's about standard on some newbuild estates round here, but certainly not something I would use as a publicity photo, and not something I myself would do except as a Friday night special temporary fix to bide someone over a weekend. Though I must say I do like the very tidy passover:
