Making plastic neat takes a bit of work.

Are you taking over the job?

No sorry should of explained

Someone promoting there business (plumbing) saying there a top class etc

Well, the second picture I can't really fault. Assuming the pipes aren't going to be left capped like that, they will be supported on the room side of the wall, I suppose. Obviously if they are transitioning from speedshit in the wall, then I suppose there is no way of supporting the copper on the blind side of the wall (unless you pulled a bend and clipped the copper, and I think that would defeat the object of using speedshit in the first place).

The first picture, on the other hand, reminds me of some photos I received from a firm that was manufacturing machinary that the firm I worked for was trying to sell. We had requested photos that could be used for promotional purposes. One photo showed a machine in the process of construction on the factory floor. Pity the shot was wonky, and included a backdrop of scrap metal skip.

Acceptable? Well, it'll probably work and it's about standard on some newbuild estates round here, but certainly not something I would use as a publicity photo, and not something I myself would do except as a Friday night special temporary fix to bide someone over a weekend. Though I must say I do like the very tidy passover:

Waste in the second pic pointing down :D

Not real plumbers. But that work in first photo is sort of the norm I see with plastic installs.
I am currently confidentially giving advice to a bloke that has had very shoddy plumbing done. Again, by not a real plumber imo.

Pb = lead = plumbum (real Latin) => plumber (a lead worker)
Dk = dock = dockus (pigeon Latin) => docker (a dock worker)

Besides, you'd need lead to repair a lead pipe. I've also been told (though my own experience does not support this theory) that if you add lead-free solder to a capilliary joint originally run in tin/lead solder, it simply won't work.

Back to the photos: there is no lead in speedshit, so it isn't plumbing.
