Hi, A weird one?
My ACO 27 rffi has deveolped an anoying problem. The display is constantly flashing, I'm not entirly sure when it started, but within the last 2 months. The display flashes with a capital C followed by the water temp, ie C60, normally it should have a static temp?. The flashing is every one second on/off, if that helps.
MTS help desk advise that this could be the flow/return valve, whatever that is...
Here's the thing. If I move the Temprature adjustment knob from 3.5 to 4 and back to 3.5, then the flashing stops, for a while. Maybe it stops for 10mins or 2 hours, but the flashing comes back.
History: The system and bolier are only 2 1/2 years old, so everything is under warranty. Boiler anually serviced, now on service contract with BG.
Other problems, related? The Central heating is loosing pressure. I tracked one leak to an automatic air valve in the loft, this is now closed, but I'm still loosing about a quarter bar over a week. I've lifted most of the ground floor floorboards, sods law says the leak will be in the last room. Could it be in the boiler itself?
Any comment appreciated.
