Hi, i have been a plumber for six years, working with a corgi/gas safe engineer. I completed an nvq2 in plumbing three years ago. I now want to do ACS.
The question is can i do a few days training and go in for core plus applainces, or will i have to take the GGFO four week basic gas safety course first?? One test centre said i had to take the GGFO first, and the other centre i rang said id be fine with a couple days training as i have the experiance of working with a gas engineer. Im unsure what to do.
Any advice would be really helpfull, Thanks!

dont think a couple of days training will do it
tbh while you have experience its likely you will have picked up a shedload of bad habits so imho you will need the longer option
i think you will need the 4 week option but thats just an opinion
