Hi
Bit of advice please
I want to add extra radiator in the lounge which is approximately 9 foot away from the one in the hall which is the last in line
Do I have to continue with the 22 mm to the rad wanted in the lounge and then come off with 15 or can I get away with using 15 mm straight from the one in the hall to the rad wanted in the lounge
Any advice please

If you can tee into the 22mm pipes and reduce straight to 15 it would be better. What size are the radiators/how many do you have in total/ how far away are they from the airing cupboard or combi boiler?

Hi thanks for the reply
I was going to put a T in 22 15 15
1 15mm going to existing rad the other T 15mm going to the new rad terminating at new rad
My concern was such a long length of 15 mm coming from the 22 mm to the new rad
Combi boiler is at the top of the stairs . The radiator I'm connecting to is at the bottom of the stairs and the new rad I want is in the lounge 9 ft away from Hall radiator I'm thinking of putting a 600x1,000 as the new radiator
New rad will be the 4th down stairs 2 1200x600 1 600x600
And new rad 1000x600
Does this sound ok

If you're teeing into the 22mm then you're fine thats the best you can possibly do.

If you were teeing into the 15mm and had 2 large radiators miles from the boiler with loads of others in the house you would then have to balance the system which is more work
