Adding an extra rad to a room, combi boiler, 10mm plastic pipe, two pipe system. Intending to tee off nearby rad. question is, don't want to drain off the system (inhibitor) so is there another way of fitting the tees without flooding the living room?

Turn of the rad you are going to at both ends so it stays full then use a freeze kit at the other side of the pipe this gives you 30mins to complete your installation so work backwards, ie: fit the new rad and the pipe work and make conecting the last thing then when the ice plug has melted bleed the two rads ( you will lose a little water from the pipe work when you first cut in to the pipe)
