hi
going to look at a customers house tomorrow, she has a few jobs for me one of which i need a bit of advice on.....
basically her drainpipe for rainwater isn't draining and water is overflowing from the hopper.
obviously the first thing i will do is rod it to ensure its not a blockage. the pipe is concreted into the ground, and she has just had the driveway block paved and i reckon that its more likely that during this work the underground rainwater conduit has been damaged by a collapse and blockage. if this is the case where would i start? as i wouldn't know where the underground bit was laid or which bit was damaged, obviously she would prefer for as little of the drive to be excavated as possible....
i'm thinking of suggesting a drain camera as a starting point but any suggestions are most welcome...
