After someone to service my Redfyre range in Suffolk

Hi guys trying to find someone to do a service on our Redfyre range - ( model Central Heating 80 )
All working fine and last serviced in November 2019, just before we bought our house - so it could do
with a service - but can't find anyone to do one - Anyone know someone who could do it please ?

You need a engineer who is familiar with range type cookers have you tried contacting redfyre? They should have a list of service engineers.

The trouble is they no longer exist they were bought out by Aga several years ago and it seems most Aga engineers are not licensed to touch them

Sorry should have remembered ( used to be a Stanley agent also bought out by AGA)

That makes it easier find a engineer used to working on twin burnet pressure jet cookers eg Stanley Rayburn or even Sandiford

cheers mate so would a Rayburn engineer be ok to do it ?

will try the local Rayburn guys first ?

Its a Trianco - burner make Ecoflam - Model is Minor 1 - Type PJ

Absolute pain in the backside, used to look after 2 of them. Not anymore.

Can ask - gather I need an OFTEC 101 engineer ?

No, OFTEC is no gaurantee of somebody who knows what they are doing.

I'd look to a recommendation from the oil supplier or maybe a neighbour.
