Has anyone got any advice on decent, small air compressors that can be transported from job to job for servicing. I'm fed up of buying regin compressed cans.

Thanks In advance

Sam

Have a look on the Machine Mart website - they have a wide range of compressors, and probably have a branch near you, which makes things easy for after sales service if needed.

I bought one from Aldi, it is about the size of a small briefcase, came with a number if tools and was about £50. I've had it for over a year and so far no issues.

I have a small compresser for blowing though oil lines, charging larger expansion vessels. Not sure I'd want one to lug it around servicing though seem to have enough kit to carry already. I'd be looking for a cheaper supply of tins of wind

Hiya Roger, Yeah I no what you mean about all the kit. I've seen some compressors that are approx 6kg (not too bad I don't think) but like you say finding cheaper cans might be the way forward. Bought a couple off ebay in the past but they don't seem to last half as long as regin!!!

Hi,

I'm looking for a cordless air compressor. There's one called Bosch PAG 12v that also has digital display but can't find anywhere. Other than that you've got the rothenberger cordless air compressor but I don't think that has a digi display.

It's a mains one that i'm after tbh... The Sealey SAC00015 is the best I've come across to far. Thanks for the advice though

Have you had a look at the Hyundai range? The HY2524 has a 2.5hp motor and delivers 116psi whilst only weighing 28kg!
