I have air constantly going through my boiler and you can here it through the pump as well. Can anyone help please.

Boiler is apollo /not combi boiler/it has a hot water tank a pump and a cold water tank in loft.

A quick suggestion would be to check the cold feed and expansion arrangement, checking its tee'd in correct and not pumping over into the header tank... Another option would be to upgrade to a sealed system, less likely to get air in that way.

Maybe pump cavitation due to incorrect pump speed. Try setting pump speed down, and see if noise is still heard.
