Morning chaps

just went to quote for a job, boiler not always firing for hot water. No problem DHW switch not making.

Tennant also mentioned that the boiler was making a knocking noise. I had heard this when I fixed the switch and just assumed that the hex was kettling. Ask if the tenants had experienced any temperature or flow issues but none reported.

I thought they they would have experienced at least some performance reduction so I'm a bit confused what else it could be. Any thoughts appreciated

They can make lots of noises and I've herd most, but I've never herd knocking noises, lol, primary Hex?

It was definitely at prime hex level the burner chamber cover was pulsing. Not violently but just a continual vibration. Weird.
