alpha 28x intek

hi lads fitted alpha 28x intek approx. 5month ago was linked into exsisting Honeywell room stat worked fine until last week diverter valve would not change over to water when req. rang alpha tech line for engineer to come out under warranty once I told him had Honeywell stat refused to send engineer out disconnected stat boiler working fine again lesson learnt hope this helps someone in future.
