Hi there I am a plumber and installed an alpha for a landlord which he decided alpha was for him ...? Not my first choice but it's his decision! All fitted commissioned and ready to use for wait.. 2 days now it's mysteriously lost power to what I think maybe PCB board? I only say this as the receiver light for the room stat/ programmer on boiler is still lit yet nothin on display? I figure any major problem that could have occurred would show up an error code? But no display? The boiler just stopped working the customer said? Anyone help please as technical help aren't open till morn......?

Have you revisited the boiler ? Is there power at the pub / into the boiler,,, You'll have to do ten quick posts and pm gasman or redsaw to gain access to private forum, I believe your qualified but you'd be surprised how many try this,,, you'll know by testing where there is and isn't power,,,,
