Alpha boiler engineer in Kent?

My alpha cb28x is heating the radiators although set to HW only. I've tried turning the CH thermostat to zero but makes no difference. The hot water is working fine.

Can anybody give me an idea of what might be wrong and how much it will cost to fix?

Not familiar with Alpha's, do you have a hot water cylinder?
