hi all newbie here.

so i have just put the central heating on and ten minutes later hear dripping water from boiler, alpha cd24c 5year-9mnth old
removed front casing to see water coming out of the pressure primary switch housing (not its seating) so a couple of questions.

1 think i got extra guarentee with this unsure at present
2 can the part be sourced locally PTS etc seen them on fleabay but could do with one tommorow
3 how easy to replace(thats the easy bit unscrew/screwin) but does the whole system need draining/flushing/bleeding etc etc
4 very competent DIYer
5 is that a common fault

thanks

can you read?????????????
This plumbing forum will not provide advice to anybody with regards to boiler repairs or any other form of gas plumbing without you first providing us with your Gas Safe Registration number in a thread - for very obvious reasons. If you're not qualified to touch gas, you should stay well clear of trying to!
