Just got the following from letting agent, I replaced Fan beginning of December, attending today any advice please


Following a boiler repair and service a month or so ago i have been having issues with my boiler . When I switch my boiler to turn the heating on the boiler occasionally vibrates and shakes (every few minutes now and it could last 5 seconds or 30 seconds), it is now doing it so much it is shaking the door of the cupboard. It is also now starting to have a small smell of gas after the heating has been on. this was not happening before the faulty fan was changed.

Don't apologise for anything ( that looks like you're accepting responsibility).
Say/comment on nothing until you have a definite answer .
Be nice.
Take your time and go through all the usual checks.

It may even be nothing to do with you !
It could be the pump but you won't know until you get there.

Nothing so far ran it this morning for 20 mins sounded perfectly normal, Tenant just sent me video of it making noise by text said it started after about 40 mins, he's going to leave it on tomorrow when he goes to work and I have key so will look again.
