Amazon boiler parts

Quoted today for a new pcb and boiler service, I was quoted £190 Inc vat for the part. Rang the customer gave a price 'he said how much! I can get that off amazon for £120'
My response was, I don't shop on amazon if you want to supply that's up to you, I'll give you another price.

Just say the same as those who want to buy off eBay.

You say that you buy from a local reputable retailer and that if there is any problems then you will cover the warranty, if they buy from Amazon you will happily fit it but you won't cover any issues with it.

That usually works.
