How did no one die. The house is pretty much gone. Well what the explosion didn't finish the digger did, and now the house actually is gone.

Wonder what was leaking?

My money is on a burner on the hob. Left switched on.

Worst aspects of being ESP...

a)You arrive before it goes bang and have to try and save it and think about your own neck
b)You arrive after its gone bang or if there has been a CO death...and you see dead bodies

I wonder if that laminate is salvageable..? I could do with some for my hall.
