Any ideas ? removing water from buried pipework.

Got to rip out old installation no were to drain off etc.Not a problem draining upstairs and downstairs rads but their is 22mm buried pipework in the circuit,in a concrete floor.Any ideas how i can get the water out before cutting pipework flush to floor ? thought about some way of blowing or sucking water fom pipework. Is there any standard procedure must be a common problem.

Yeah will be fine, can get one from wicks around £40 I think.

If you don't have a wet vac, I'm not sure if something like a drill pump would help:
