Hi Guys.
Firstly I'll introduced myself...
My Name's Terry.
I've been working in the City for a National Newspaper, recently taken a redundancy package, spent time and money on learning the Tiling game and have very recently started my own Tiling business.
I'm currently in the marketing stage and will be hoping to get more and more work as time passes and I drive my business forward.
I've got two bases, East London/Essex border and Luton Bedfordshire. I intend to cover both these area's and everywhere in between.
As a Tiler, I would like to develop a trusting working relationship with a newly qualified plumber, I intend to ultimately be undertaking full bathroom installations.
Also as a Tiler, there will certainly be of occasions when I might prefer to have the Toilet or washbasin removed prior to my commencing a job and there will likely be occasions where one of my customers will be wanting a shower removed and re-fitted or possibly a new shower system installed altogether. The ability to fit an electric pump would also be helpful but not essential, as I realise that this is another specialist area.
I know that most established plumbers already have a client database and a Tiler that they know and trust, It's for this reason that I'm hoping to find a plumber that is maybe just starting out, that might interested in promoting my business to your customer's and giving me work whilst I promote your business and provide you with work in return.
I need somebody that can provide me a day rate, a half day rate and perhaps a price for doing things that I previously mentioned like removing a toilet or sink first thing in the morning and refitting at the end of the day.
I'm hoping that as a newly qualified plumber, you, like me, will be wanting to establish a client database, and that you would be able to provide me with good rates and most importantly, 100% reliability.
I already have a Tiling job to undertake that will require a plumber, a small flat in Loughton, New Electric shower to be fitted from scratch, water supply is just the other side of an internal wall where a pump will also need to be fitted. Mixer tap fitted to wash basin, new hot and cold taps fitted to bath and new mixer taps filled to kitchen sink. I reckon a day's work for a plumber and I'd be there too to give you a hand.
So what do you reckon guys? Am I asking for the earth or is there anybody on here that would like to discuss further?
Feel free to PM me if you prefer not to respond publicly.
Thanks and all the best.
Terry.
