anyone heard of a high level hardy duel flush cistern

i saw a hardy duel flush cistern in a theme park on the isle of wight,
high level with a flushing chain on both sides and 2 down pipes for 2 seperate toilets, seemed genuine but i can't find any info on the internet, as anyone else ever seen one, if so got any details on them,
