Evening all. I've been working at a customer's place and she asked me today why her upstairs radiators are really hot but the downstairs ones are only medium hot. I'm not entirely sure myself. The only thing I can think is that it's somehow down to the lack of TRVs on the system. There's a room stat but that's about all as far as temperature control goes. Anyone got any helpful suggestions? Stay dry all!

What's the betting he changes the pump and returns saying he's still got the problem?

:(

I hope not as I trust we've got the correct fault.

;)
