Anyone recognise this half moon shower riser rail?

Hi
The shower head holder for this rail/riser is broken. I want to see if I can buy a replacement insert or complete holder, rather than replace the whole rail, which would be a lot more effort.

Does anyone have any idea what brand or model this might be? The shower head has been replaced and I can't find any branding on it anywhere? The rail is a sort of half moon shape rather than round, and swivels.

Is the shower branded? Often come as a kit.

Strangely there's no brand I can find anywhere, though there is just this symbol on the showerhead. It's generally good quality though.
