Just wondering, we use the firetube model very similar to the ACV boiler on your side. Had very good reliability with this unit over last 8 years. Interesting that I do not see the firetube model on Lochinvar UK site.
 
lochinvar tends to be used on the commercial side over here not so much in the domestic market.

Their firetube residential boiler is a really nice boiler, 0 problems over last 8 yrs. They make them up to I think 400,000 wall mount and up to a million floor mount. Keep an eye out for them on your side if they ship over.
