I've just binned the f****** after waiting 6 weeks for payment of a small invoice. I don't get why large companies think they can treat small companies in this way. I would much rather not have them as a customer than have to chase payment with them, which is pretty much what I've told them. Well it was pay up within 7 days of I'll see you in court lol.
 
Luckily they are the only customer we have at the moment who doesn't pay us promptly, which is why I've binned them. I know a lot of guys have a nightmare getting paid. I'm a bit militant about it really, we offer a great service and I expect to be paid on time. I would much rather lose a customer who is a late payer so have no guilt about chasing payment!
