Aqualisa elec shower

Had a call about an aqualisa shower.

Custard said it keeps tripping out & then at the end he said sometimes the water wouldn't switch off.

Any thoughts on remedy?

Replied to your PM before I saw this thread.
Didn't realise it was an electric shower from your PM. As far as I am aware Aqualisa do not supply spares for their electric showers, you need an engine!

They are junk IMO. I wouldn't waste money on Aqualisa electric showers. They are basically Gainsborough showers.
Buy a different brand that suits your cable & pipe.
