Hi
Just joined as I've a problem and wondered if anyone could offer some advice
I have an Aqualisa Aquavalve 200 thermostatic shower which was originally installed in 1987. The thermostatic shower cartridge was changed over a year ago but the water pressure hasn't been very good since it was fitted. The only difference in the old and new cartridges seems to be the new one has filters on the back of it and on the gasket.
As the installation is buried in the wall changing the whole body is a possibility but I'd rather not do that. Would it be advisable to drill the filters out to increase the water flow?
Thanks
Geoff
