Hi guys
Just wondered if anyone could help with this strange request. I fitted an ariston water heater in a shower room for a friend of my dads. I told him this was not recommended because of the recovery time but he said its fine because It'll be a single man living there and a ten minute shower will be fine. 'OK your the boss'. One year on and the man now has a girlfriend and a ten minute shower is not enough. I told him the only thing he can do is put a power shower in but he won't because he is worried about using 7+ kW in the unit. He said can I double up the arston.

My question is can I put in a parralel ariston.I know this would mean more than 15l so ide have to tell building control but is there any other reason I can't.

Thanks

i would phone Ariston tech or cant you get a 30l one im sure you can

What about the load on the circuit?

He's fine to run 4kw all day but 9kw for 15 minutes is a concern?

Sounds like a rock and a hard place to me!

Yeah ringing them was my next port of call. 30l tank would be ideal. Thanks
The problem with the draw is he has overloaded it with so many little units hes worries about overloading it. I get what your saying about 4kw all day but he doesn't.
