Hi, Could anyone please advise on the ease or problems I might come across while replacing this part. Its corroded and leaking(dripping near D.H.W diaphram valve) I could also do with some advice on a place to purchase the part at a good price, the best price i've found is £91 + vat is that about right? Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to give any advice on this topic.

Well you are asking us to remember now,the divertor valve is the same as in the older biasis and halsteads

The diverter valve is not hard to replace however you do not need to replace the complete valve, it will be the pin seal that has gone and all you need do is replace end section with seal in, you may as well do other end as well at same time and replace diagrams, fitting the complete service kit,if you decide to replace pins and jumpers be carefull to check length the same ,as some vary, usually you can clean the old ones up and apply high temp silicon greese
Find service kit below required for this boiler

Abcotuk

Sure this is the one, the part that will be leaking is brass end cap ,on the right, however may be worth ringing and double checking first, also could ask if they supply sir clip that holds hot water switch housing to valve as may be badly corroded and break when removed

could not put all that in the chat box, could I !!!
