I have a Ariston 30ff combi boiler, its been installed for three years now, I have 1 small problem in that the temperature of the DHW has now dropped from 60c to around 40c when running.

This is happening despite the ambient temperature of the water entering the boiler is extremely cold or just cold in other words whether its summer or winter despite the ambient temperature of the water in the main.

If I throttle the basin tap down to a slow flow then the temperature rises to 60c but fully open its less than 40c. When new (and for the first year ish) the water was always at 60c no matter if the tap was fully open or restricted. And it did not matter if it was the furthest tap or the closest tap the temperature was constant.

I suspect the domestic water heat exchanger but I am unsure as it may be a sensor or something else.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? If so any advice would be welcome.
