Ariston ACO 27MFFI

Hi, having an issue with Ariston aco 27mffi. Basically costumers complains about some loud noises on the boiler but I haven't been able to catch while I'm there. It does only when the heating is on. So far I've checked the fan, ignition electrode , also the ratio on maximum and minimum input. Any help would be appreciated . Thx in advance .

cleaned out the trap and flexy condensate pipe? they can block and cause banging noises also check the insulation panels they break up and cause issues
