Hi Everone, The boiler constantly losing pressure. Had British Gas engineer out several times. They say I may have a leak somewhere but they said it's not the boiler as far as they can tell. There is no signs of a leak anywhere as most pipes are exposed and it's being going on for months now and having to top up 2-3 times a day as it drops from 1.2 bar to zero. Already proved it's not the PRV by putting a bag over outlet pipe. I pointed out to the engineer that the condensate pipe drips constantly whether the heating is on or off and is still dripping every 5-10 secs after the boiler has been off for 12hours. Is this normal or could the heat exchanger be faulty and they don't want to fix it. Any advice would be appreciated.
