Fitted one of these a few years back, cust. text to say boiler has locked out with the 90 degree light on. Cant see any fault finding section in the MI's, anyone know what this points to, hopefully something that can be sorted over the phone!! Lol

Yeah, she said pressure's ok and resetting it doesn't work

Not 100% I'd have to be infront of it but think its flame failure , does she have a gas card meter

Is she holding it all way to the left and not stopping at the off where she'll feel resistance ? And holding it there for five seconds
