ariston eurocombi no hot water diverter valve ok

hi all please help
turn hot tap on no hot water plunger hits the 3 micro switches boiler doesn't fire
manually lift plunger to the micro switches boiler fires up
turn heating on boiler fire up
turn hot tap on with heating on hot water
turn heating off still get hot water
turn down thermostat boiler goes off ie no fame turn up again boiler fires up
turn tap off then on again no hot water
couldsomeone please help
