No hot water but central heating works

Would i be correct in starting by changing dhw diaphragm

you would if it had one,if not firing for dhw at all,is the flowswitch on the RH side illuminated?

The diverter valve and flow switch appeared to be on the left hand side, a small red led came on when hot water tap opened

flowswitch is working then,its either the black dv motor or dv its self

assume it does have a diaphragm as i ordered one from pts.

Breakdowns arnt my forte but i want to learn, need to go on some course

Any more advice much appreciated

I ordered a main flow switch diaphragm, i take it this wont solve the problem?

no it wont solve it the main flowswitch is a pump activated switch,if heatings working its ruled out,i would look at the motor before jumping in with a dv they are cheap DV 550 Diverter Valve Actuator Motor 2905 BI1101102 172505 2000801912 248733 5132452 997147
