Have a intermittent fault on one of these. locks out every no and then when trying to fire.

never does it with the case off, have changed aps and checked fan which seems to be free and not noisy and spinning fast enough.

anyone had this issue before on these!

checked venturis and no flue restriction on a standard horizontal flue?

Cut all the cable ties and the rubber/plastic sheaf from the wiring loom on the left hand side from PCB to top of heat exchanger.
The wiring insulation breaks down and high voltage is going in to PCB via low voltage cables and confusing it.
Just separate wiring looms best you can but normally just cutting cable ties etc does it.
