Good morning all.

Im not a plumber, but was hoping to receive some help and advice.

I cuurently have a 3kw electric unvented water heater (3.5yrs old) in my home, that supplies hot water to my kitchen and toilet sinks.

Ariston Europrisma Under Sink Water Heater

It now has developed a leak. It leaks from the hot water outlet at the top when the mains water is on. I have isolated the mains water incoming for the heater and this has stopped the leak from the hot outlet. However there seems to still be a leak from the bottom at the back.

Does this sound like it is repairable? or am I looking at having to change the whole thing?

Thanks in advance
